Imagine... Feeling aligned with your truth + purpose in work or career WITHOUT SACRIFICING YOUR WELLBEING along the way. Having a deep, embodied confidence around the ebbs and flows of your energy, and structuring your work in a way that allows you to TRUST YOUR RHYTHMS. Knowing exactly what actions you want to move forward each week to STAY ON TRACK WITH YOUR VALUES AND INTENTIONS. No longer spinning your wheels or exhausting yourself with the stuff that DOESN'T REALLY MATTER. Feeling the JOY OF FORWARD MOMENTUM without burnout. Inviting more MAGIC, FLOW & SYNCHRONICITY in your life and work, feeling the right doors open at just the right times, with less anxiety + worry along the way. This is what life + work can look like when you are devoted to ONLY creating from your DEEPEST VALUES. This is what it looks like to Illuminate Work. WHAT WE STAND FOR: Women being valued for the feminine qualities that we bring. The perfection of the present moment. Respecting the mystery of life. Creating a space where the emergence of truth is possible and lovingly accepted. Practicing together. The psychological safety to disagree. The inner strength + truth to not “know” but keep going anyway. Individual and collective wholeness. Healing our Divine Feminine + Divine Masculine energy so we can work in harmony with ourselves and the planet. Loving ourselves through it all.
