The Company’s initial offering, iZup, is a communications platform that manages and prioritizes mobile communications to encourage safer driving. iZup accomplishes that task by automatically saving voice calls to voicemail while vehicles are in motion, and by holding data interactions including text messages until the product determines that the trip is completed (not at a traffic light, for example). Features include the ability to prioritize a list of contacts to keep users in touch with only the most important people plus emergency services while driving. iZup supports over 100 handset variations representing 70% of the installed base of smartphones in use today by consumers and enterprise customers.
