Illawarra Design Company creates innovative, practical and sustainable design solutions for the built environment. We provide planning, design, documentation and administration services for residential, commercial and industrial projects. IDC was formed in 2004 by the Director, Evan Brickell, on the foundation of providing quality design and documentation to a broad range of clients, with a particular focus on housing. Evan has gained over 20 years of knowledge and experience within the architectural profession. A graduate in architecture from the University Of Technology Sydney, his previous experience includes over 10 years with a number of established architecture and prestige property development firms and more recently, he has enjoyed several years operating his own practice. Our central location allows us to serve southern Sydney, the south coast and southern highlands regions. IDC attributes company and project success to our continuing strive for excellence in both the services we provide and the standard of design we offer our clients.
