Our mission is to enable our clients to manage their risks and better the lives of those they serve through innovation, partnership, and knowledge. We began in 1995 by providing employers with an anonymous whistleblower hotline called the Employee Protection Line®. Soon after, we developed a comprehensive risk management program for employers, including risk management workbooks, online training for employees, workplace policies and procedures, and employee handbooks. We continue to provide these same services which were a cornerstone of business back in 1995. Today we are a risk management organization specializing in education, technology, data collection, and consulting. We work with all aspects of the insurance industry including pools, insurance carriers, excess carriers, self-insured groups, brokers, and individual organizations all with our mission to deliver programs and services to organizations so they can manage risk and better lives. We have served more than two million users extending over 10,000 distinct organizations, delivering programs and services to workplaces, educational institutions, houses of worship, and other diverse organizations represented by our clients.
