ILAC Consulting GmbH stands for Inspiring Leadership and Change. Sabine Maas and her consulting team have been successfully representing behaviorally driven competency development measures designed for executives for over 20 years. Therein, the focus lies upon the strategic development and design of transformation processes within organizations. For the realization of that, core products are utilized. Those consist of coaching sessions, team building measures, leadership programs, construction of strategic dialogues, and alignment-workshops. ILAC Consulting was created in 2018 as a spin-off company of a transformation organization by Sabine Maas and her management partner and senior coach Miriam Traunfelder and is currently active with 5 employees. We strive to inspire so that our clients can become inspiring leaders. ILAC exemplifies expertise which moves people and produces results.
