Erdemir, the main company of the OYAK Mining Metallurgy and one of the most valuable industrial assets of Turkey, was established in 1960 under a special law, in order to be the first domestic producer of flat steel, which the Turkish industry necessitates at that time. Erdemir produces plates, hot and cold rolled, tin, chromium and zinc coated flat steel and supplies basic inputs to automotive, white goods, pipes and tubes, rolling, manufacturing, electrics-electronics, mechanical engineering, energy, heating equipment, shipbuilding, defense, and packaging industries.

1981 yılında ilk şirketi olan Akdeniz İnşaat ile faaliyetlerine başlayan Ağaoğlu Şirketler Grubu; inşaat-gayrimenkul, enerji ve turizm sektörlerinde faaliyet göstermektedir. Grubun lokomotifi olan inşaat alanında bugüne dek 30 binin üzerinde konutun inşaatını tamamlayan Ağaoğlu, ülkemizin nitelikli konut üreten en büyük inşaat şirketlerinden biridir. Bugüne dek seçtiği beyaz yakalı, eğitim ve kültür düzeyi itibariyle yüksek, gelir grubu itibariyle ise B ve B+ olarak tanımlanan alıcı kitlesine hitap eden projeleri geliştirip “My …” konsepti olarak bilinen 11 adet proje de dahil olmak üzere toplam 17 projeyi hayata geçirmiştir. Yine aynı hedef kitlenin iş yeri ve ofis ihtiyaçlarını da düşünerek, konutun yanı sıra nitelikli ofis ihtiyacına yönelik projeler de geliştiren Ağaoğlu Şirketler Grubu, My Office ve My Prestige projelerini geleceğin finans merkezi olarak adlandırılan Ataşehir'de çok kısa sürede hayata geçirmiştir. 5 yıldızlı hizmet anlayışını iş hayatına taşıyan bir diğer ofis projesi My Office 212’nin hemen önünde yer alan metro ile şehrin önemli noktalarına kolay ulaşım imkanı sağlanmaktadır.
