The boutique-style agency prides itself on consistently serving each client's needs as well as fulfilling the models' and actors' career goals. Ikon Model Management represents models for fashion/beauty, commercial/advertising and editorial/runway. As a result, each model is developed to their fullest potential, allowing them to cross over into more than one market. All though Ikon has grown tremendously and has booked jobs right along side the other icon's of the industry for years now, it will always remain true to the foundation to which it was started on and never forget the importance of the development of the model's or actor's personality or its very own.
