We combine with professional design and construction experts to offer Clients streamlined professional services as professional consultancy service or to integrate a design + build construction solution for structures using mass timber, such as cross laminated timber (CLT). As consultants we have decades of experience in managing major projects on behalf of clients. We are experienced in what goes wrong on projects, where the waste is and why. It is estimated over 30% of project cost is wasted, much of this due to the fragmented processes and procurement systems of the industry. We mitigate these issues by increasing integration where possible and by putting building information modelling (BIM) and digital processes at the core of the information flow. We also provide professional project leadership, strategic thinking and knowledge of complex project management, BIM and advanced technology solutions. In practice, we will collaborate with you and or your team to plan and manage your project. As suits the project circumstance and if CLT is an option, we can provide the necessary design and construction knowledge to virtually plan in 3, 4, 5 and 6D for CLT at an early stage of the project development. Through a further level of integration, we can provide a CLT assembly option if this suits the overall procurement plans for the project. A digital, flat pack structure approach opens up many further options for offsite prefabrication and accelerated programming. To gain the considerable efficiency and control benefits of this approach, early planning in design and strategy is beneficial.
