Iken Personics is an IIT-Bombay incubated startup that specializes in Customer Analytics. The company provides a contextual personalization platform for highly relevant and extremely personalized end user experiences for the digital world. Iken has brought a paradigm shift in the field of analytics with its proprietary Hybrid Artificial Intelligence based platform. It follow a bottom-up approach, where every customer is analysed at a granularity level of N=1, taking into account her age, location, previous transactions, likes, dislikes, preferred time and device, and time spent on the content. Iken is backed by India Innovation Fund (IIF) and has received various awards right from its inception. They started their journey with claiming the Silver Award for ‘Best Technology Innovation’ at the Mobile Content Awards 2008, followed by featuring among the top 25 start-ups by Silicon India 2010, and then going on to win the prestigious Economic Times’ Telecom Award for ‘Innovative Product—Telecom Software 2013’.
