9 million young Africans per year can't find a decent job (cf: Leaders of Africa, Youth Unemployment Dilemma - 2022). 54.2% of African startups failed between 2010 and 2018 (cf: Weetracker) So how can we shape young entrepreneurial talent and human capital in Francophone West Africa to meet real market needs? Ignite.E (the venture building branch of Haskè group) positions itself as an experimental lab for solutions to this problem, adopting a user-centric approach. We are inclusive of stakeholders throughout the conceptualization, testing, iteration, learning-sharing process, and rely on them by equipping them to enable the scaling-up of our proven solutions and programs. In this way, we aim to : Initiate and help Grow African champions addressing pressing challenges by Nurturing and Impelling tested models to Transmit them to Entrepreneurship Ecosystems IGNITE.E
