At Ignite Pathways, we provide individuals and families with a welcoming, non-judgmental space to reconnect with themselves, their purpose, their passions, and their loved ones. We are an all-inclusive therapy group, proudly affirming and supporting people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Everyone is welcome here. Our team offers a wide range of specialties to meet the diverse needs of our community including sports medicine-informed therapy, evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, and EMDR provided by certified clinicians. We’re also excited to be launching a dedicated Littles Program, offering age appropriate therapeutic support for young children and their families. Rooted in a trauma-informed care model, our approach prioritizes safety, trust, and transparency. We recognize how trauma can shape emotions, behavior, and worldview, and we tailor each therapy experience to honor your unique background while ensuring no further harm.
