Ignite Creative is a full service production firm to bring your events to life. Whether it be an online meeting or conference or large in person convention, Ignite Creative's goal is to be a story telling partner with you. Fulfillment policy: Refund policy — Refunds will not be honored after work has been completed. Clients are billed at completion of projects unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. Delivery policy — If physical goods are part of a contract, the sub-vendor who will be providing them will provide the client with their delivery policy and that will be reflected in the customer contract accordingly. Return policy – Returns of purchased items are not permitted. Until the items have been purchased, they may be canceled at anytime. Cancellation policy — Each contract stipulates the terms in which they may be canceled or altered. See each client contract for details.
