At Igloo Spring we focus on helping organisations advance their capacity to be innovative, disruptive and operate at pace. As an advisor we mentor, coach and facilitate as a creator we work hands on to produce physical collateral, deliver events and manage the programme. Cathy Wilson of Igloo Spring is formerly the HR Director of Skyscanner working there between 2010 and 2015 during its expansion from 5.5m unique monthly visitors and monthly revenue of c. £950k with 70 employees in Edinburgh to over 35m unique monthly visitors, over £8m monthly revenue and over 650 people across 9 global offices. Important to Skyscanner as an internet economy business during this rapid growth was the retention of its dynamism, creativity and entrepreneurship. Cathy successfully led the organisation development of Skyscanner retaining and advancing these capabilities in the people internationally.
