Architektur und Innenarchitektur für das Gemeinwohl - so überschreibt das IFUB*, das Institut für u. Baukunst die eigene Philosophie. Seit 2012 wird an den Standorten München, Berlin und Bodensee nicht nur Planung und Bau, sondern auch das eigene Büro so weit es geht fair und enkelgerecht gestaltet. Zu den verwirklichten Projekten zählen Wohnungs- und Büroprojekte aber auch zeitgenössische Cafés und Boulderanlagen. Neben diversen Preisen waren die Veröffentlichung der ersten Gemeinwohlbilanz und des selbst entwickelten „Handbuchs des gemeinwohlorientierten Bauens“ im Jahr 2021 die größten Meilensteine.
