L’Institut de Formation Régional des Industries Alimentaires de Bourgogne Franche-Comté est né en 1998 à l’initiative des branches professionnelles, de l’ARIA Bourgogne, avec l’appui de l’AGEFAFORIA (devenue OCAPIAT) et du Conseil Régional de Bourgogne. Depuis 2017, l’IFRIA BFC comprend un pôle apprentissage et un pôle formation professionnelle continue, ayant le même objectif : proposer des parcours de formation ou de qualification pour les métiers de la transformation alimentaire en s’appuyant sur différents dispositifs.
