We shortlist three candidates from people we recruit and employ ourselves. You interview them and you choose. If none of them fit, we go again. WHERE WE ARE, AND WHY IT MATTERS Our office is in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay — deliberately not Manila or Cebu. Those markets are saturated with providers and staff move employers for a small pay rise because there is always another one hiring next door. In a regional market a good job is worth keeping, and the person who has worked your account for two years knows things no handover document captures. The office runs on backup power and backup internet. Ask any offshore provider where the work physically happens and what occurs when the power goes out — the vague answer tells you what you need to know. PRICING One hourly rate that varies by role and committed hours. No recruitment fee, no setup fee, no lock-in.
