In this perspective, the project seeks to contribute to a better understanding, among French and European audiences, of the stakes and implications of Eurasian transformations in the field of international relations. By shedding light on the internal dynamics of the region and their global repercussions, the Think Tank intends to enrich public, academic, and strategic debates and to provide analytical tools useful to policymakers, researchers, students, and institutional actors.
