Ifakara Information

Ifakara Limited was founded based on the experiences from an income generating project in the Tanzanian health sector. We realized that besides humanitarian and emergency aid generating own income and decreasing aid money can be and needs to be implemented in other development cooperation projects and sectors, too, if development aid should not end in itself and if sustainable development should ever be achieved. The professional staff of fakara Ltd. has an academic background in European management consulting, business administration, and engineering. We have worked in industrial organizations and in management consulting, where we have supported especially the transition of formerly stateowned Eastern European companies before turning to development cooperation.
