IFA Residential Services FZE (IFA RS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of IFA Hotels & Resorts, an international developer of five-star mixed-use resorts and the largest foreign investor on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah. In 2010, IFA RS was established to provide operational management services to commercial and residential developments under the Group’s “Develop, Build, Own and Manage” model. Today, IFA Residential Services offers a fully integrated range of facility, property and project management services on both a contract and an individual basis, with separate business streams serving each sector. IFA RS operates freely in the market and currently has a number of contracts under management. Bridging the two sides of the business led the group to come up with its communication platform: Public Places, Private Spaces. Public Places IFA RS works on behalf of all residents, owners, resident-owners and the community manager to ensure the smooth operation of its buildings in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, presentation and security. The result is a safe and well-ordered living environment for all. Private Spaces IFA RS can also help to improve and manage owners’ and tenants’ private living spaces through expert advice and service delivery via its “A la Carte” range of home services.
