Having worked for 20 years in consumer studies, marketing, communication, sales and management at top multinational companies (Henkel, Lindt&Sprüngli, Taylor Nelson Sofres, L'Oréal), she always continues to ensure her teams keep evolving. Her involvement as president of an association in the education field pushed Laurence Margeat to pursue her career in the human field. Trained both in Paris and Boston in coaching, narrative approach and positive leadership, she now works as a coach, a narrative practitioner, a consultant and a personal trainer. Independent since 2013, she devotes herself to guiding professionals, individually and/or in groups through issues related to soft skills, change management, role, communication and career redirection. Her talent is to get her clients to discover theirs by mobilizing their resources and finding their own solutions. She is indeed convinced that enabling her clients' talents while respecting their values is the best way to remain dynamic, enthusiastic and above all to happily succeed in becoming the best version of themselves. In 2015, she co-founded La Pépinière - 4 Seasons Academy a.s.b.l., where she organizes, creates, conceptualizes and delivers positive leadership coaching programs for teenagers in Luxembourg and France. Her practice is based on the Systemic and Solutions oriented approaches, the neuro-sciences approach and relaxation methods. Initially she graduated from a French Business School. She has also graduated in: Coaching from the Médiat-Coaching School - Paris Narrative Practices from IFOD Institute - Paris Positive Leadership at the Enjoy Life Leadership Academy by Evren J.
