IEEE Arrowhead Section Information

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers is the world’s largest technical professional society. We help advance global prosperity by promoting the engineering process of creating, developing, integrating, sharing, and applying knowledge about electronics, information technologies and sciences for the benefit of humanity and the profession. The Arrowhead IEEE Section is a local professional branch of the National International IEEE organization The Arrowhead Section consists of active members distributed across nineteen counties in Northeastern Minnesota, Northern Wisconsin, and Northwestern Michigan. Administratively we are a part of Region 4. The Arrowhead Section has a IEEE Power Engineering Society (PES) Chapter, a Young Professionals (YP) Affinity Group, and Student Branches at the University of Minnesota – Duluth and Iron Range Engineering (Virginia, MN).
