IEAction is an economic development and training charity that supports entrepreneurs (many of them BAME or from disadvantaged backgrounds) to develop new businesses or to expand their early stage and existing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through exploring new opportunities. We also support people to acquire training that opens new opportunities and employment, particularly in sectors that have strategic economic growth even in financial downturns.
