IDNECSAN was founded in July 2012 by the owner of the company, Bartłomiej Śniadkowski, as a result of his professional achievements and buisness networking. The main goal for establishing IDNECSAN was to combine professionalism, related to substantive knowledge with experience, qualifications and potential of the employees to create and implement new technical and technological solutions in Offshore, Onshore, Shipbuilding and Gas&Oil sectors. The other goal was to combine passion with the possibility to offer professional and personal development to the talented Polish engineers. • Since July 2012 IDNECSAN has cooperated with NORSAFE AS, the world’s largerst manufacturer of lifeboats and davits. • In 2013 IDNECSAN started the Translation Agency to ensure consistency and language correctness in prepared documents. • In August 2013 under the project: Inovative solutions in the manufacture of lifeboats and davits, IDNECSAN joined Business Incubator at Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia. • On May 27, 2014, thus less than two years since the company was founded, IDNECSAN was awarded in the Pomeranian Economic Gryffin Contest 2014.
