The Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory (IDI) is a simple tool that measures aspects of our behavior rather than our intent. It allows us to increase our awareness of how our behavior impacts others, improve our ability to work with, lead, and influence others, and better understand the needs that motivate our own and others' interpersonal behavior. From individual training to all-encompassing strategic overhauls, the Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory is a powerful consulting tool on par with the Emotional Intelligence Assessment and the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator. Choose which facilitator type describes you and learn what’s required for you to complete your facilitation training and become licensed in administering the IDI tool. We train, license, and support internal and external facilitators in the use and administration of IDI as they develop their clients and employees.
