We offer a range of fee options ranging from a purely transactional service to a tailored portfolio management service aimed at offering value added service to clients. YOUR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE For mortgages, we do not normally charge a fee as we are paid by the lender. However, you have the option to pay us a fee and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. If you choose this option, we estimate a fee of 0.5% of the loan amount. For commercial mortgages we act as introducers only. The value of pensions and investments can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested.
