iDesign Information

iDesign designs learning that works at any scale. Since 2013, we've partnered with colleges, universities, community colleges, healthcare organizations, and corporations to build online and hybrid programs that actually engage students and hold up at scale. We pioneered what's now known as OPM 2.0: a break from the one-size-fits-all online program management model. Instead of a standard playbook, every partnership starts with an institution's own priorities and works backward from there, whether that's a full-service build or in-house support for an existing team. What we bring together: Instructional design and course development grounded in learning science, built with faculty as colleagues, not clients. AI-infused curriculum intelligence that helps optimize content for engagement and completion, not just launch it and walk away. Systems integration across LMS, CRM, and analytics platforms, so programs aren't running on disconnected tech stacks. Analytics frameworks that measure real learning impact and ROI, not vanity metrics. Agentic Program Management (APM), automating the administrative work that slows programs down. We've done this work with partners ranging from the UNC System, Stanford, UCLA, and Carnegie Mellon to community colleges and corporate learning teams, always built on candor, autonomy, and transparency rather than a vendor relationship. If your organization wants programs that scale without sacrificing quality, let's talk: idesignedu.org
