Moreton Bay United FC is a football (soccer) club located in the northern Brisbane suburb of Albany Creek and represent the Moreton Bay Region of Queensland. The club was formed in 2012 and competes in the National Premier Leagues Queensland. The Club operates it's senior football operation from Wolter Park, Albany Creek and the clubs Junior Football operation from South Pine Sports Complex at Brendale. Moreton Bay United's most successful season to date was in 2015 when the club finished top of the NPL Queensland ladder, winning the premiership on goal difference ahead of Brisbane Strikers in a title race that went down to the last day of the season. Moreton Bay United went on to beat Brisbane Strikers 2-1 in the grand final to become champions.

The club strives to offer players of all standards the opportunity to continue to develop and improve so that they may progress to a league that is commensurate with their playing ability that will offer them a challenge and support their development as players. The club is also committed by agreement with Capital Football to field teams in the three Premier League grades. The Club aims to support all players, maintaining and growing their social groups throughout the grades and playing in a competitive environment, at a level comparable to their playing abilities. We welcome all new and experienced players to the club. Where will you start from if you play with the Tuggeranong United Women's Football Club? Initially as players move up from Junior squads, we expect that players would normally start in our Under 19 squads - either Division 1 or Premier League depending on the individual player's skill level and experience. While players are registered with Capital Football and for insurance purposes to a nominated team, during pre-season, as the season progresses and where players become more familiar with the Club, senior players and coaches, all players will have opportunities to move across teams and grades suitable to their capability and availability. What does Tuggeranong United Women's Football Club offer coaches and parents? As the club is supported by volunteers, we encourage parents and players willing to give up their time the opportunity to participate in or assist the Committee or teams at training and on game day. Without this invaluable support, the club cannot operate. All assistance is appreciated by players and coaches. The Committee encourages coaches to share and develop their skills. The club recognises that through continuing to develop our coaches, we better support the development of our players. The Club has won 15 Premierships, the first in 1928/29 of three in a row and the most recent 1999/2000 coming off back to back Premierships. Plus our Women's 2011/12/13/14/15 premierships. We have eight players who have won the Nichols Medal - the highest achievement in Northern Territory Football. In 1999 we relocated from the Fannie Bay Oval to Gardens Oval now home of the Waratah Football Club. We currently have Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, under18, under16, under14, under 12 men's & boys and our Senior Women's team and in 2014 we introduced a youth girls team. Our Women's team was formed in 2004/05 and are the current AFLNT Women's Champions. Momentum is building as the Waratah Football Club will celebrate its 100th year in the NTFL competition in season 2016/17.
