We have been working in the field of ideation and innovation management since 2010. Our mission is to help build and grow sustainable ideation programs for organizations of all sizes. We help organizations who are building or growing an ideation capability understand their strengths and opportunities for improvement, and accelerate the achievement of their program objectives. Similarly, we partner with idea/innovation management platform vendors to improve customer satisfaction and increase renewal rates. We provide the vendor's customers an independent third-party assessment of program health, and help them focus their resources on high-value program improvement opportunities. Finally, we partner with innovation consultants so they can provide their clients with a means of assessing their front-end ideation capabilities. All of our customers benefit from our consistent approach at assessing programs, which allows us to provide key benchmarking data unavailable elsewhere.
