IDeas Makeover is founded by Joseph Chiu, also our Managing Director, who gathers a group of professionals who shares the same interest in property and investments. Each of them hold their own department according to their experience and expertise. There are 5 Key Departments to our ONE- STOP- CENTRE to ensure all aspects and interests of our investors are maximized and protected. The 5 Key Departments are: Property Department, led by Tan Chin Hua (10 years experiences in real estate industry esp auction property) sources potential, below the market and exclusive properties in the market. It offers property management service to cater for investors who are not able to manage of their properties (short term and long term) due to distance/time constraints or do not wish to have the hassles of managing their investment properties. Besides, it also offers platform for sub sales services. Business Planning AND Strategy Department is led by our actuary director who have had years of experience in insurance industry, Joseph Tiong and Janice Ting, an ex-CFO and a non-executive director of a public listed company. This department is vital to protect and maximize our investor interest. We do due diligence studies for all investment projects to ensure its profitability, potential and sustainability. We design our investment packages by doing valuation analysis for pricing and risk assessment. e aim to give our investors an easy and affordable way to their investment. i.e NO MONEY DOWN, FREE INTERIOR DESIGN and GUARANTEE INVESTMENT/RENTAL RETURN. Marketing Department led by Shirly Tiong hosts regular property and interior design events and workshops for investors for current investment opportunities, trends, updates and discussion.
