Idea Connection Systems® specializes in the human dynamics of innovation. We take creative thoughts and move them through the innovation pipeline to achieve a quantifiable gain, usually a boost in top line sales revenue or bottom line profit. Founded by Bob Rosenfeld in 1988, much of our work is based on the principles described in Bob’s book “Making the Invisible Visible: The Human Principles for Sustaining Innovation.” Our principles range from generating incremental and breakthrough innovation, implementing innovation systems, creating new corporate cultures, leadership development, coaching, new product or service development, generating novel thought, inclusion, and analyzing organizational trust & risk tolerance. Innovation is not linear. We focus on the following process: 1. Clearly understand the problem and quantifiable gains the client is trying to achieve. 2. Match the right people to the right tasks not just by skills and resumes, but by styles and preferences using our proprietary assessment, the Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator® (ISPI™). The ISPI™ critically facilitates individual development, team formation and organizational analysis. 3. Help create the innovation systems that fit the organization, providing the proper people & roadmap for navigating ideas into innovations.
