idDriver is a joint venture partnership between Potentiate – one of the worlds largest Data Intelligence companies operating in, utilising their proprietary Voice of Consumer (VOC) data survey platform and idDriver, an Australia based enterprise. idDriver is a web based application designed to work on any connected device. The idDriver Platform provides critical pre sale customer experience feedback following a test drive or loan activity. The captured data is immediately available to produce customised reports monitoring.
