ID-LAB is a global network of human-centred experts that shape people's experiences in the built environment. We blend strategic design approaches like Wayfinding, Universal Design and User Experience Design, to craft impactful and pragmatic strategies: our Wayfinding Strategists collaborate with Accessibility experts, ensuring easy navigation for all abilities. Our User Experience Designers work alongside Environmental Psychologists to align spaces with the natural tendencies and preferences of its users, promoting safety, engagement, and functionality. And before any of this goes live, our Evaluation & Testing team can scrutinise your (virtual) environment to ensure its effectiveness and functionality. Our service is comprehensive: from the initial conceptual stage through meticulous planning, design, to documentation. Our designs strike the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.
