ICT4YOU is a national service provider for IT professionals. We are a healthy organization with a clear number of employees. We are personal in our approach to both our employees and clients. We prefer overview and reliability, well-known people over a large, unclear company. This is also the reason why we have been able to maintain and expand our relationship with our clients since our establishment in 2000. Our pragmatic approach combined with our high demands not only means quality, but also the ability to act quickly and to adapt to the wishes of our customers and employees. We carefully select our staff in order to achieve the required quality. Personal selection and ambition are also taken into account in this selection. The aim is to continue to bind employees with the right motivation and skills to us. However, we are also aware of the cases in which the customer and the expert want to continue working together, and we are open to that. This ensures a healthy flow and keeps our club alive.
