ICPG produces custom-extruded high-barrier rollstock products designed for rigid thermoformed food packaging applications. Through the use of advanced technology, capabilities and expert support services, ICPG focuses on the development of innovative, sustainable and high-quality shelf-stable barrier rollstock products for thermoforming and form-fill-seal processes. With locations in Connecticut and North Carolina, ICPG processes polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene and EVOH materials. Capabilities are customizable based on application requirements and include monolayer extrusion, extrusion lamination, and multi-layer barrier and non-barrier coextrusion. Rollstock solutions are further customizable through the use of unique additives and custom aesthetic enhancements. Support services include barrier rollstock formulation and thermoforming part design, packaging & sterilization process consultation, development trials, material replacement design & process consultation and on-site technical support for material trials. ICPG is ISO 9001:2015 Certified and FFSS 22000 Certified. ICPG has also been issued an International Milk Shippers Grade “A” Milk Permit from the state of North Carolina.
