We're building the first of its kind mobile app, iCON, aggregated and curated exclusively for Gen Z youth (13-24), specifically; the 10 million young people who aspire to be creators and entrepreneurs in today's new economy. Powered by the app, users go on our highly-engaging entrepreneurial quest filled with gamified learning, DIY interactive challenges, achievement badging, and culturally relevant content. On the back-end, we analyze their skillsets, behaviors, and performance to populate a data-driven portfolio, similar to LinkedIN, to connect youth to career opportunities based on their desired career pathways. iCON is partnering with influencers and major brands such as Forbes to pave the way for the future of work.
