iCleanEarth is a project aimed at reducing waste that unfortunately can be found too numerous in everyone's environment. This waste represents a threat to animal and plant biodiversity. We all suffer from the waste that we do not throw in the trash and if possible in those that recycle. Note that according to a study by New Castle University, we ingest 5 grams of plastic every week because of plastic pollution. According to a WWF report the waste product is increasing exponentially. We are currently over 350 million tonnes of plastic waste produced. 1 in 3 litter is found in the oceans. For this we have developed a participatory mobile application: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icleanearth.app If everyone acts by locating at least the waste found, we can participate in make our environment cleaner and healthier.
