Started in the year 2009, with the sole objective of bringing Dreams to life, in synchronism with our ethical policy of "Value First Everything else next". The company at present is focused on Premium residential developments in various parts of Chennai, but is envisioned to spread its wings soon into township development, commercial and hospitality sector. The foundation of ICIPL is laid with a set of principles which we religiously follow at all times. We believe that our value system is the key to our success. Our board of directors have more than a decade of experience in various domains such as Real Estate, Manufacturing and Information Technology.
