ICF-Tech is a company with over 13 years of experience in manufacturing insulated concrete forms. We offer a training program for builders and provide onsite supervision during the construction process. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) produce a three layer wall, the inner and outer layers are insulation (75mm thick each, 30gr fire-retardant EPS, in our case) and the middle layer is concrete (100 or 150 mm). The EPS form-work increases the speed of construction when building the walls due to its light weight, at the same time it provides the permanent insulation once the building is completed; the durability and strength of the concrete when poured provides the structural support element to floors and roof; as a result a highly insulated, air tight and future proof building is delivered.
