International Cargo and Aviation Services/ICAS, the only private ground handling company in Ethiopia, has been organized to meet all ground handling needs of an airline or flight operator, by providing services as described by IATA, namely Passenger Services, Ramp Services, Cargo and Mail Services, Load Control, Representation and Supervision Services. Today, ICAS holds a portfolio of select customers consisting of airlines, whose names are associated with quality all across the world / Qatar airlines, Saudi Airways, Etihad, Air Djibouti, Badir Air, etc and operators/Flight Support Companies/ like Jetex, Hadid, UAS, Success Aviation, AV Jet Routing, Constellation Aviation, etc. Aiming at improving its service quality and customer satisfaction continuously, ICAS carries out its operations with the awareness of its position as a responsible and important service provider to airlines and operators at respective Airports in Ethiopia. ICAS is a member of the IATA Ground Handling Council (IGHC). At the moment, ICAS renders ground handling services in Ethiopia, at Addis Ababa /HAAB/ and Dire Dawa international airports.
