ICaR Systems is a project to develop an software Intellectual Information System that is able to: - consult, i.e. apply captured expert knowledge to generate an opinion on a specific case you describe (consulting function) - explain expert's opinion and let you run simulation "What If…" and planning "How To…" consultations - offer you to master the laws by yourself, i.e. read, understand and apply correctly rules contained in legal texts (information function), Mission - wrap expert knowledge in a "can" of expert system and release it to millions users!
