The IC3 Group delivers professional scaleable solutions for workforce management, electronic security, asset monitoring, Health & Safety, Compliance and Training/ID Competency Checking, all from a single source for organisations of all types and size. The origins of IC3 started in the late 90's with our time and attendance solutions, using our leading TimeIT product, first launched in 1997. This was the first product with truly 'dynamic' links to Sage Payroll software and is still currently one of the few that offers this powerful feature. As the software developed we became more involved in the data collection aspect, extending our services and product range to the integration with other systems, such as access control and HR. Using our highly skilled consultants we found that we were able to provide solutions to businesses in a logical and innovative manner and during the latter part of 2007 formally incorporated access control, building management systems and HR and workforce management into our product portfolio. The group incorporates our leading brands "timeIT Ultra" and "Protektor" with software development being a mixture of in-house and external specialists providing a secure, sustainable product portfolio. Originally supplying solutions across the UK and Ireland we now offer a true global solution, with the Group operating in and around the UAE and GCC member states. During 2008 our first Regional Service & Support Centres were established in the UAE, and West Africa. More recently this has expanded to Saudi Arabia, Sweden & Denmark and Kuwait. As part of our global expansion more service centres are planned providing clients in those regions with a local level of "on the ground" support backed by development and additional assistance from the UK Head Office. We have traditionally worked through a distributor network in the UK and we are currently in the process of re-integrating and re-training many of our business partners based around our company ethos.
