IC Solutions, established in 2005, is a leading provider of semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts refurbishment services. IC Solutions provides refurbishment, exchange, and spare parts sales and services for a wide range of manufacturing equipment and robots across the fab. Focusing in process areas including photolithography, ion implant, dry etch, thin films deposition and more, IC Solutions strives to provide the highest quality and reliability possible while helping reduce overall maintenance costs. Complementing the parts services business, IC Solutions also sells used equipment and partners with Mechatronic, gmbh for wafer handling solutions. Through the Mechatronic product line IC Solutions provides equipment for packing, sorting, and loading of a full range of wafer substrates, including, framed, thick, warped, and ultra-thin, to meet the most challenging top-side and bottom-side wafer handling needs.
