Public policy: ICF provides research, strategy, evaluation and analytical services in public policy. We have teams working on issues as diverse as employment, environment, education, climate change, innovation, health, welfare, justice, governance and social policy. We work around the policy cycle - identifying problems, advising on the design of policies and strategies, and providing impact assessments, implementation support and evaluations. International development: ICF manages and implements large urban development and transport sector projects.
