IBOSS Asset Management Limited (IAM) is a newly established business. Its objective is to provide intermediary firms with a range of 4 sub funds of one OEIC for them to use with individual retail investors, covering a total of 6 risk outcomes. The funds are actively managed in order to ensure that they remain in line with the fund mandate. The ‘IBOSS’ name is known in the Industry for providing an outsourced model portfolio service for Financial Adviser firms within the UK, via IBOSS Limited. IBOSS Limited is an associated company of IBOSS Asset Management Limited. They share the same directors, who have an extensive knowledge of the financial services market with over 50 years of combined experience in running and managing client service businesses, including over 20 years of working together. We believe that the OEIC in conjunction with our optional regular update service is attractive to advisory firms, and their clients, and builds on model portfolio services such as that offered by IBOSS Limited. Key benefits include- access to cheaper underlying investments, and streamlined administration. IBOSS Asset Management Limited specialises in running ‘fund of funds’. The company comprises a central fund management team, which manages a small number of fund of funds with a focus on risk adjusted returns for a set level of risk. Margetts Investment Management is our ACD. We believe that the success of our fund management has come from an open and pragmatic approach to investment. We also believe that different styles of management, tools and research work in different parts of the investment cycle and therefore maintain a flexible investment process.
