Through rigorous situation analysis, participatory consultation, and ethnomethodology, we tailor strategies to the unique needs of the communities we serve, especially in the face of climate change. Our work is driven by a belief in the transformative power of socio-economic development and climate resilience. We enable communities to build resilient, long-term economic opportunities that withstand the impacts of climate change. By partnering with local communities, organisations, and businesses, we integrate marginalised groups into private sector ventures—empowering them as producers and informed consumers.
