IBIS2 is an Arizona based corporation founded by Stan Kephart, a career law enforcement professional who held Federal, State and Tribal commissions, in addition to qualifications in international sports security. Mr. Kephart was instrumental in implementing the first multijurisdictional Fusion Center with Tribal participation in the United States. Mr. Forsythe was also the Director of Transportation for the 1984 Olympic Games where he worked closely with IBIS2 Chairman Stan Kephart in planning the security of transportation of athletes, press and officials as well as the heavy traffic flow in and around the Los Angeles basin.
