The Master Teacher, Dr. Paul Jerard, E-RYT 500, has trained and continues to train thousands of Yoga teachers worldwide. Our staff has taught many students over the years at our site and off-site locations, such as: Fidelity Investments in Smithfield, RI and Marlboro, MA, Salvatore Mancini Center, Leon Mathieu Center, New Horizons, Children’s Friend, Justice Resources Institute, Golden Crest Nursing Centre, and more.

Our Chester County yoga classes were awarded the best yoga studio and hot yoga classes in Malvern by Philadelphia Magazine.

Fitness Yoga began in 2006 with two yoga instructors and a dream to give people in our local community a place to practice yoga close to home. Our humble 500 square foot room hosted over 20 people in our first class! We relocated to our new "home" in 2009 and have since expanded our services to include more classes, Pilates Reformer instruction, and massage services. Our warm and welcoming studio now offers over 20 classes per week and plenty of opportunity to get in shape, improve your health, and live well.
