In 1955, Evripidis Vassilopoulos founded the first Evripidis Bookstore in the northern suburb of Athens, Chalandri. Today, the two children of the founder, Theodore and Kyriaki run the business. In 1998, a second bookstore opened under the name of Evripidis in the Arcade. The bookstore is located across the first one in a very impressive building and combines a modern but still cozy environment that evokes the atmosphere of a library where everyone is welcome. The same building hosts a friendly café where everybody can enjoy drinks and snacks, while reading their book. In 2012, the third store opened in Kifisia in a building of four floors. You will find thousands of titles in all categories, english books & magazines, school supplies and stationery, art and hobby items, office and PCs supplies, writing tools, personal organization and educational games. On the second floor you can find a modern and friendly café for book and coffe lovers. Book presentations with Greek authors, discussions, seminars, book clubs and events for the little ones are organised every week in both stores.

Το βιβλιοπωλείο BooksPlus, μια νησίδα γραμμάτων στο κέντρο της Αθήνας (Πανεπιστημίου 37) συνδυάζει το σύγχρονο με το κλασικό, την ψυχαγωγία με την ενημέρωση και προσφέρει στο αναγνωστικό κοινό προτάσεις βιβλίων και χαρτικών για όλες τις ηλικίες και όλα τα γούστα. Σε ένα σύγχρονο και ειδικά σχεδιασμένο χώρο τριών επιπέδων, οι βιβλιόφιλοι μπορούν να περιηγηθούν και να ανακαλύψουν όλες τις νέες κατηγορίες του κόσμου της κουλτούρας. Να βρουν βιβλία όλων των κατηγοριών της ελληνικής και μεταφρασμένης βιβλιογραφίας. Ελληνική και διεθνή λογοτεχνία, ποίηση, ιστορία, έρευνα, φιλοσοφία και ανθρωπιστικές επιστήμες, ελληνικά και ξενόγλωσσα σχολικά βιβλία. Ο στόχος του βιβλιοπωλείου είναι να φιλοξενεί τουλάχιστον το 80% των καταλόγων ενός εκδοτικού οίκου. Επίσης, στους χώρους του βιβλιοπωλείου, το αναγνωστικό κοινό μπορεί να βρει μια ποικιλία από σπάνια και εξαντλημένα βιβλία. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δόθηκε στο μαγικό κόσμο του παιδικού βιβλίου, των εκπαιδευτικών παιχνιδιών αλλά και των ειδών ζωγραφικής και χαρτικών. Σημαντικό ρόλο παίζουν οι πολιτιστικές εκδηλώσεις του 1ου ορόφου όπου γίνονται παρουσιάσεις καινούριων βιβλίων, ειδικά αφιερώματα στο χώρο των γραμμάτων, παιδικά δρώμενα, εκθέσεις φωτογραφίας και άλλες εκδηλώσεις.
