I work as a Transformation Consultant helping businesses, charities and individuals, through change. This expertise comes from difference management backgrounds and transformation in my life. After leaving my role as Major Projects Finance Manager at Quorn Foods, I felt called to relaunch I am Mark Burton providing support to organisations, and those struggling with Covid across management and ministry. Traditionally my experience has been built with over 20 years within finance, with some fantastic achievements including winning PQ Accountant of the Year for the North 2010; but by far my greatest experience comes from becoming a Christian in 2011 and studying as a Christian minister from 2015. From this not only am I able to recognise social (non-financial) outcomes and tackle complex root issues, which are traditionally missing from project scopes and often prove critical in bringing added value and transformation. Mark still works with and speaks at churches and charitable dinners, but most of his spare time is taken walking his fox terrier dog Rocko and they both can often be seen on the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors.
