IACS Information

The IACS Consulting Company has the tasks to support the Tier 1 and the Tier 2 Suppliers in the Automotive business to achieve their own businesses goals with their respective Clients, mainly Fiat Group, IVECO, CNH, Ferrari, Maserati, Chrysler Group. To accomplish this task, IACS needs to provide the following areas of supports: - Strategic vision and business development; - Commercial support for Global Sales ; - Engineering and Customer platform knowledges; - Product and Quality Processes; - Project Managment knowledge and capability; This kind of support may be generated in several business areas, or, in other words, AICs may support you in the following areas: - Electronics; - Interiors; - Climate; - Lighting; - Chassis; - Powertrain; - Chassis; - Lighting; - Fuel systems and tanks; - others.... Therefore there are areas where IACs may generate a significant added value to its T1-T2 Clients.
